To Program Station Names:

·   From the Operators/Admin phone, with the handset in the cradle:

 

·  With Handset in the cradle dial: 9932.  The display shows ENTER DATABASE OPTION

 

·  Press [1] or the STATION menu button.  The display shows ENTER STATION EXTENSION

 

·  Enter the extension number then press [#].  The display shows ENTER STATION OPTION

 

·  Press [2] or the STATION INFO menu button.  The display shows ENTER STATION INFO OPTION

 

·  Press [2] or the USER-NAME menu button.  The display shows ENTER USERNAME

 

·  Enter the new name using the keys on the telephone keypad. Use the FWD key to advance to the

    next character or space Use the MUTE key to backup or change a letter

 

·  Press the # key when done, an alerting tone should sound and the Display shows UPDATED.

 

**   Press the [*] key to CANCEL.   Display shows NO UPDATE PREFORMED
