Inter-Tel Phone system Guides - Changing Time and Date
Axxent Phone System
From the Administrators phone, with the handset in the cradle: · Enter the Set Date/Time feature code, 9800 · The display shows DATE (current date). If you do not need to change the date, press [#] or ACCEPT soft key to skip to the TIME XX: XX prompt. · Use the keypad keys to enter the month, day and year (020303). · The display will then show the current time. If you do not need to change the time, press [#] or ACCEPT soft key to skip to the DATE prompt. · Use the keypad keys to enter the time in hours and minutes (0900 for 9:00). · If the system is set for 12 hour display format, the display shows SELECT AM OR PM (AM=1 PM=2). · The display shows SYSTEM DATE AND TIME UPDATED.
Note: If you make a mistake, press the MUTE key to backspace or [*] or CANCEL to leave it unchanged and start over.

From the Programming Extension, with the handset in the cradle:
· Press the PROGRAM key. · Press the Scroll Down Key until SYSTEM PROGRAMMING is displayed. · Select SYSTEM PROGRAMMING · Enter the System Programming password, 1111 by default. · Select SYSTEM. · Select TIME AND DATE. · Enter the correct time in 24-hour format (1400 for 2:00PM) · If you only wish to set the time select CONFIRM and the display will revert to the Idle Menu · Enter the date in MMDDYY format (121207 for December 12, 2007). When the date has been entered the display will revert to the Idle Menu. · Press the HANDSFREE key to finish programming.

IMX System Administration
From the Administrators phone, with the handset in the cradle:
· Press the [SPCL] key and dial the Set Time of Day feature code, 021. · The display shows SET TIME OF DAY. · Enter the time in hours and minutes HHMM format. · Press the [ * ] key for AM or the [ # ] key for PM · Example - 900* = 9:00AM and 230# = 2:30PM · The display shows SET DATE MM-DD-YYYY · Enter the date month, day and year MMDDYYYY format · The display shows SET DAY OF WEEK SUN. · Scroll through the day of week selection by pressing the [ # ] key to go forward or the [ * ] key to go backward. · When the desired day is displayed press the [SPKR] key to terminate programming. · You will hear a progress tone. |
