Axxess System Administration

To set the system Date and Time:

·   From the Administrators phone, with the handset in the cradle.

·   Enter the Set Date/Time feature code, 9800 ; The display shows DATE (current date).

·   If you do not need to change the date, press [#] or ACCEPT soft key to skip to the 

    TIME XX: XX prompt.

·   Use the keypad keys to enter the month, day, month and year (020308) (Feb 3rd,

     2008). The display will then show the current time.

·   If you do not need to change the time, press [#] or ACCEPT soft key to skip to the

     DATE prompt.

·   Use the keypad keys to enter the time in hours and minutes (0900 for 9:00).

·   If the system is set for 12 hour display format, the display shows SELECT AM OR PM  

     (AM=1 PM=2).

·   The display shows SYSTEM DATE AND TIME UPDATED.

 

Note: If you make a mistake, press the MUTE key to backspace or [*] or CANCEL to leave it unchanged and start over.
